In 2012, I was employed in a Romanian-German construction company, where I was managing job contracts and interviews. Although I was very emotional and insecure, I had the ability to give confidence to the candidates, which helped me to become a valued person. After a difficult divorce, I started practicing meditation and joined an international personal development community where I discovered business coaching.<\/p>\n

Three months after I started coaching, I decided to resign from a job I had had for nine years, feeling that it was time for a major change. Although I struggled to find a new job and had moments of financial panic, I received a job offer in human resources, which opened up new opportunities.<\/p>\n

I now run my own human resources company and provide career coaching to employees in various industries. I share my story to inspire others to discover their potential, emphasizing how important a supportive environment is to allow that potential to grow and flourish.<\/p>\n
